RETURN POLICY

We only exchange & refund items that are defective or damage. We do not offer refunds on orders lost in transit or change of mind.

Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued and applied to your original payment method, within 7 days.

It may take a few days for your account to show the refund, in this case please check your bank account first, then contact them. Once you have done all this please contact us at: [email protected] and subject your order number.

There are no refunds or returns on sale items!

Shipping returns: All items are returned at your expense and a shipping address given on return authorisation.
